1. Execution platform only — not investment advice
AlgoSub is a technology platform that forwards signals you choose to your own exchange account through the exchange's API. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, and nothing on this website is a recommendation, portfolio advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Strategy descriptions, backtests, win rates, drawdown and live statistics are information only — not advice, and not a promise that a strategy suits you.
2. Your decisions, your losses
You choose the strategy, the broker, the segment (spot/futures), the capital, the risk % and the leverage. Every order is placed in your own account and in your own name. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and for every loss, including losses from price movement, leverage, liquidation, slippage, partial fills, exchange downtime, fees, funding and taxes. AlgoSub is not liable for any trading loss.
3. No guarantee of returns
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Backtests, simulated curves and paper-mode trades are hypothetical and may not reflect real fills, liquidity, fees or slippage. Crypto markets are volatile and leverage magnifies both gains and losses — you can lose your entire capital. AlgoSub gives no assurance of profit, income or capital protection, and no fixed or expected return is promised anywhere on this site.
4. Right to suspend or terminate accounts
We may suspend, restrict or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe there is: a breach of these terms, fraud or market abuse, a legal or regulatory requirement, a security risk, or misuse of the platform. On termination your subscriptions stop, stored API keys are deleted, and any open position may be closed at market where possible. Positions that cannot be closed remain your responsibility.
5. API key — integration only
Your exchange API key and secret are used only to integrate AlgoSub with your own exchange account — that is, so our tool can place, modify or cancel orders and TP/SL, set leverage, and read balances and positions for the strategies you subscribe to. They are not used for anything else. Keys are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Withdrawal permission must stay OFF — we never ask for or use withdrawal rights. You can revoke this consent anytime by stopping the subscription and deleting the key at the exchange; revocation stops future orders but cannot undo orders already sent. API-based execution carries residual risk that you accept by subscribing.
6. Free to use — no fees, and nothing to refund
AlgoSub is completely free. We charge no subscription fee, no platform fee, no commission, no profit share and no payment of any kind, now or at signup, and we never ask for your card, UPI or bank details. "Subscribe" on this site means subscribing to a strategy — it does not mean a paid plan. Because we never take any money from you, there is no billing, no invoice and no refund — there is nothing to refund. The only costs you ever pay are your exchange's own trading fees, funding and taxes, which go to the exchange and the authorities, never to us. If anyone asks you to pay AlgoSub for anything, it is not us.
7. What we are: a tool, nothing more
AlgoSub is simply a tool that places orders for you automatically. You pick a strategy, you connect your own exchange account, and when that strategy fires a signal our tool sends the order to your exchange through its official API — the thing you would otherwise have to sit and do by hand. That is the entire service. We are not an exchange (we do not match trades or run an order book), not a broker, not a tip or advisory provider, and not a fund manager — we never pool, hold, manage or touch your money. Your funds stay in your own exchange account, in your own name, at all times, and every order is placed in that account by you, through this tool.
